Arsenius Skill Capital is #hiring Head Finance Control For a Leading Listed MNC in Travel Technology

Location: Hyderabad

Requisite:

- Applicants with 15+ years of experience in accounting & finance, with a solid background in financial reporting and general ledger oversight.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

- CPA or CMA designation (preferred)

- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements

- Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Should have Through Knowledge and Experience in:

- Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

- Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.

- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including tax filings and financial reporting standards.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations and reporting through process optimization and system improvement

- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, direction, and support to the accounting team
