Job Summary:

The Head of Emerging Entrepreneurs Business leads the strategy, development, and execution of banking solutions tailored to early-stage and high-growth entrepreneurs. This role is responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative financial products to support the success of emerging businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the bank's strategy for the emerging entrepreneur's segment.

- Identify market opportunities and design tailored banking products and services.

- Build relationships with startup ecosystems, incubators, and venture capital firms.

- Lead a team focused on acquisition, relationship management, and customer experience.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure segment profitability and portfolio quality.

- Stay informed of regulatory, market, and technology trends impacting entrepreneurs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 8-10 years of experience in business banking, SME banking, or startup ecosystem roles.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Proven track record of segment strategy and portfolio growth.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
