Position Title: Segment Head - Exports
Division / Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad
JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop company's brand in International Market.
- Develop the new international customers to drive the company's growth.
- Manage the business with high profitability and volume.
- Manage and train the Exports Team.
- Exports Strategy, Business Plan, Forecasting & Planning.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities/Major Activities:
Business Development:
1. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
2. Negotiate contracts with customers to manage exports business, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
3. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of business.
4. Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
5. Ensure payment collection as per agreed terms.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Full time BE or Diploma Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Machine tool).
- MBA (Marketing) from recognized University will be added advantage.
Relevant and total years of Experience:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Handling International Business in Europe and North America for industrial products.
- Business development experience of bearings in international markets.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with bearing background.
Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of Bearings
- Good technical & engineering knowledge.
- Networking skills
- Analytical ability
- International marketing & Segment knowledge.
