- The Senior Manager HRBP will provide strategic HR support, build strong relationships with leadership, and help execute HR strategies to enhance the organizational culture.

Strategic HR Support - Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and deliver HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations & Engagement - Serve as the key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring effective and timely resolutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop retention strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management - Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct reviews, and offer constructive feedback.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and assist in coaching and mentoring programs to support employee growth.
- Talent Development & Retention - Work with the Learning & Development team to design and implement training programs aimed at employee development.
- Develop strategies for talent retention and employee career progression, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define staffing requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in strategic talent acquisition efforts to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- HR Metrics & Reporting - Track and analyze HR data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics, employee trends, and program outcomes.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies to keep them aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
