Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Support:

- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and deliver HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Serve as the key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring effective and timely resolutions.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop retention strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction.

Performance Management:

- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct reviews, and offer constructive feedback.

- Lead performance improvement initiatives and assist in coaching and mentoring programs to support employee growth.

Talent Development & Retention:

- Work with the Learning & Development team to design and implement training programs aimed at employee development.

- Develop strategies for talent retention and employee career progression, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define staffing requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

- Assist in strategic talent acquisition efforts to meet the organization's hiring needs.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze HR data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and suggest improvements based on insights.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics, employee trends, and program outcomes.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

- Review, update, and implement HR policies to keep them aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skillset:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.

- Min 3 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leadership and execute HR strategies effectively.

- Expertise in HR tools and HRMS platforms.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
