Finance Controller - CA

We are hiring for CA Finance Controller.

- Oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis

- Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets

- Managing investor relations, due diligence support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations

- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant

- Proven experience as a Finance Controller

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively

- Proficiency in financial software and SAP

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
