Director - HR Business Partner Lead - IT Captive

Position: Director-HRBP Lead (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Lead the HRBP organisaton and Talent Strategy for the Business Units in the IT Captive in India

- Partners with leadership and key stakeholders to translate the business stategy into Talent Plans

- Act as a Talent Advisor and consultant to the senior leaders and people managers, diagnose challenges and opportunities and mentor managers to success

- Work with Global HR Partners on best practices and processes

- Drive organisational effectiveness in acquisitions, integrations and re-organisations

- Design and implement HR best practices within the areas of compensation, organisation effectiveness, talent acquisition etc.

- Lead a team of HR Business Partners aligned to various Business Units

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 18+ yrs of HR experience with 7+ yrs in a senior HRBP role

- Experience and interest in supporting a high growth organisation, including experience supporting multiple Business Verticals, Horizontals and Geographic locations

- Excellent communication, consulting and coaching skills

- Demonstrated understanding of organizational design; experience delivering a design driven by enterprise strategic change

- Track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and becoming a trusted and sought-after HR advisor

- Experience in working in a highly matrixed organisation

- Experience creating and implementing HR programs including compensation, performance management, and manager/leadership development

- Experience in large and multinational global organizations is preferred

- Good stakeholder management and relationship management skills

- Team Management experience
