Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to introduce and scale innovative agricultural practices that promote sustainability and efficiency in cotton farming.

- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of agricultural innovation projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with agronomists, industry experts, and internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation and address challenges in cotton cultivation.

- Research and Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and practices in sustainable agriculture; conduct research to assess their applicability and potential impact on cotton farming.

- Training and Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs to educate farmers and field staff on innovative practices, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented innovations; analyse data to inform continuous improvement.

- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes of innovation initiatives.

- Sustainability and Ethical Practices: Ensure all innovation projects align with sustainability principles and ethical sourcing standards while promoting biodiversity, reducing environmental impact, improving soil health, and integrating climate resilience measures into farming practices.
