Job Profile:
- Providing legal support to Human Resources, Procurement, Marketing and Operations departments in relation to drafting, vetting and negotiation of Vendor Agreements, IT Service Provider Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and tracking life cycle of these agreements.
- Responsible for drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines and Policies for widespread use by internal stakeholders across India.
- Responsible for litigation management of cases by/against Company before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, National Green Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.
- Draft and/or vet customer and vendor agreements, RPFs, legal notices and other legal documents.
- Draft and file petitions, arbitration applications, statutory appeals, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, sale and purchase agreements, legal notices and legal opinions on various aspects of Indian and International laws;
1. Education:
- Candidates must have completed their undergrad from a prescribed law school list, including NLSIU Bengaluru, NALSAR Hyderabad, NUJS Kolkata, NLU Jodhpur, NLU Delhi, GNLU, Gandhi Nagar.
- Marks should be a minimum 70% and the CGPA should be mentioned on the resume.
2. Experience: 1 to 5 years. High-ranking candidates who graduated in 2024 may also apply.
3. Should have exposure in:
a. Litigation matters.
b. Vetting of Agreements.
c. Due diligence.
d. Litigation related to Labour/HR related matters.
e. Indirect Tax related activities.
4. Candidate with experience in Hospitality Sector will be preferred.
