Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our Mid Market Group, responsible for managing credit assessment and portfolio monitoring of medium and large corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management, with proven experience handling complex corporate structures and large-ticket exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate credit proposals for mid and large corporate clients, including financial statement analysis, risk rating, and exposure structuring.

- Monitor portfolio performance, track early warning signals, and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Work closely with relationship managers to support business growth while maintaining robust credit quality.

- Prepare and present credit memos to senior credit committees with clear recommendations.

- Participate in periodic reviews, audits, and stress testing of the corporate loan portfolio.

Qualifications:

- CA

- 10 years of credit experience with exposure to mid and large corporate clients.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound knowledge of banking products, financial modeling, and regulatory frameworks.
