Manager - Business Development


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets within the SAP product line.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

- Collaborate with SAP consultants to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions.

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Conduct virtual presentations, product demos, and webinars to educate customers on our offerings.

- Track and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating contact information, engagement status, and sales progress.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Partner with Marketing, Technical, and Product teams to improve customer experience and drive solution adoption.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline/sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech /MBA degree is required a related field, from a reputed college/institute.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a sales environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, using online research tools and databases.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

Preferred Skills:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or business development within the SAP ecosystem.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
