About The Job:.

We are hiring for the position of Product ManagerPayments.

- As a Business Technology Product Management team member, the Product Manager (PM) will specialize in a continuous process and systems improvement focused on workday supplier accounts, payment management, settlement run using the bank partner integration, and Procurement & Finance Operations organization.

- The PM is focused on long and short-term vision of the product, harmonizing internal business partners' interests with IT delivery, and representing the product to the stakeholder and solution contributor community.

- The PM closely works with our internal business partners and internal & external delivery partners to develop a roadmap of solutions needed to support key business processes.

- The PM then prioritizes the request backlog and translates requirements into user stories for a world- class team of software engineers and business systems analysts.

Essential Job Functions:.

- Owns the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features, and other key initiatives.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the delivery area that synthesizes the needs of business customers over the long and short term.

- Manage delivery expectations with customers.

- Can identify business themes and trends and can influence customer vision at roadmap level.

- Effectively negotiates work scope with business partners to align on objectives around time to the market, effort , and scope.

- Owns the delivery of user stories and acceptance criteria that represents the requirements provided by the business.
