About The Job:.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders to identify business needs and challenges in supply chain processes (e. , procurement, logistics, inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfilment).

- Design, configure, and implement tailored supply chain solutions using best-in-class technologies (e.
, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud SCM, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis Rapid Response).

- Conduct post-implementation reviews, delivering recommendations for ongoing process optimization and enhancement.

- Help clients develop and execute strategies to achieve continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and automation - for greater operational efficiency.

- Provide ongoing client support and ensure clients are well-equipped to maximize the value of the implemented solution.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and collaborate with other practice areas to optimize service delivery.

Essential Job Functions:.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics.

- Proficiency in designing and configuring supply chain modules, understanding data flows, and implementing enterprise software solutions.

- Knowledge of system integration (API, EDI) and cloud-based supply chain applications.

- Good to have industry tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.

- Strong project management skills with expertise in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable results.

- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar industry-recognized certifications.

- Good to have PMP or any relevant project management certifications.
