Consultant - Insurance Sector - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a global consulting firm is engaged with an insurance firm and helping them undertake a strategic agency transformation program. As part of this initiative, the organization is launching targeted pilots and implementation projects aimed at strengthening its agency channel performance.

To support this effort, the client is looking to onboard am Consultant with prior experience in the life insurance sector. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor pilots that drive measurable improvements across agent recruitment, training, lead generation, and performance management. This is an impactful, on-ground execution role where your insights and coordination will directly influence key commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business stakeholders to collect and analyze data relevant to agency channel operations.

- Support the design and rollout of pilot initiatives focused on agent & supervisor recruitment, training, customer lead generation, and sales performance.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear project documentation and tracking mechanisms.

- Monitor the progress of pilot initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing support for implementation and drive adoption of successful pilot models.

Your Background:

- 35 years of experience in the life insurance sector, preferably in agency channel strategy or operations.

- Proven exposure to one or more areas: agent & supervisor recruitment, lead generation, training & development, sales

performance, and agent engagement campaigns.

- Strong program/project management capabilities with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proficient in MS Office toolsExcel, PowerPoint, Word.

- Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi.

- Bachelor's or masters degree in finance or a related field.
