Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Healthcare BPO expert for Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) with a background in the ITES/BPO/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry

The expert will be required to work on-site from Mumbai or Bengaluru office and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to assess commercial viability, market positioning, and strategic opportunities for the target company

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial assessments for the healthcare BPO target company

- Evaluate business model, growth potential, revenue streams, and operational efficiencies

- Analyse customer contracts, pricing models, and market dynamics in the ITES/BPO/RCM space

- Provide insights on market risks, trends, and expansion opportunities.

Support the development of a commercial due diligence report, including key findings and strategic recommendations

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including private equity investors, consulting teams, and client leadership

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, or investment analysis with a focus on ITES, BPO, or RCM industries

- Strong understanding of the healthcare outsourcing sector, revenue cycle management (RCM), and BPO operations

- Prior experience working on due diligence projects for M&A transactions is preferred

- Ability to analyse financial data, market trends, and competitive positioning

This opportunity will be on a 04-week contract either in Mumbai or Bangalore (on-site)
