Job Description:

Need some one from Asset Management Organization Only

Roles & Responsibility:

- Provide leadership and direction to branch managers and other team members, ensuring they meet their performance goals.

- Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of our organization for the cluster assigned.

- Analyse market trends and competition and identify opportunities and threats.

- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branches.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for organizational growth.

Knowledge & Essential Skills:

- Proven expertise in leadership/managerial roles within the Mutual Fund industry.

- In-depth knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

- Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.

- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills

- High standard of public peaking and presentation experience.
