Role Description:
- Individual contributor role with full ownership of end-to-end sales closures
- Responsible for hunting and acquiring new logos in the US/EMEA markets
- Strong alignment with global revenue goals and sales strategies
- Work in a high-performance culture with aggressive targets and lucrative rewards
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across US/EMEA geographies
- Own the complete sales cycle - lead generation to closure
- Build a qualified sales pipeline using outbound strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Deliver product demos and value propositions tailored to client needs
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to drive client engagement
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date CRM hygiene with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
- Develop account plans and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide market intelligence and feedback for product improvement
Required Skillsets:
- Proven track record in B2B IT/SaaS/Cloud product sales
- Experience selling to US/EMEA enterprise clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Ability to understand customer challenges and map them to product offerings
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior experience in sales hunting roles is a must
