Sales: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues proactively.


- Understand client business objectives and provide strategic sales solutions to drive growth.


- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software

solutions.


- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.


- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.


- Track and analyze account performance, prepare reports, and present key insights to clients and stakeholders.


- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and negotiate terms to optimize business outcomes.


- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.


Required Skillsets:


- Strong B2B software sales experience with exposure to US, Canada, or Europe markets.


- MBA/Bachelor's in Sales.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.


- Experience in handling enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.


- Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive strategic sales decisions.


- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting.


- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
