Business Head - Manufacturing

Hiring for a full-time role of "BUSINESS HEAD" in a listed Manufacturing company.

Location-Kolkata /West Bengal

Any MBA (Finance/ Operations Management)/ Qualified C.A. preferred with

Fluency in written and spoken english is a must.

1. Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business procedures of different functions. Implementing processes which smoothen and improve daily operations.

2. He will be involved in leading/ ensuring that business verticals like manufacturing, sales and purchase are functioning in an adequate, safe and profitable manner so that pre-set goals by departmental and company leadership are met. All day-to-day metrics of these functions will be planned, monitored and analyzed by him.

3. He will identify scopes of new business/ expansion of existing business wherever possible. He will lead planning, budgeting, leading negotiations and purchasing for all such projects that are underway while maximizing output at minimum cost.

4. Devise strategies for growth in terms of value and size while ensuring compliance to legal guidelines. Good knowledge of manufacturing industry regulations is mandatory.

- We will prefer candidates coming from Finance/ Engineering and/ or Project Handling background. Outstation candidates who want to relocate to Kolkata with family.
