Business Analyst - Application Development & Maintenance Projects

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects, particularly in the telecom domain.

This role is essential for managing large-scale system integration, strategic IT transformations (including cloud migrations), and delivering robust business enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business process mapping, project budgeting, stakeholder management, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into detailed program/project plans.

- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBusiness, IT Solutions, Architects, and Delivery teamsfor effective solutioning and execution.

- Drive system integration, new product feature development, cloud migration, and business transformation projects.

- Provide end-to-end governance across all project stakeholdersbusiness sponsors, IT directors, architects, and delivery partners.

- Work with finance and business teams to ensure budget allocation, monitoring, and control in line with project delivery timelines.

- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and provide timely tactical and strategic solutions.
- Implement and support projects leveraging Agile, SAFe, or DevOps practices.

- Engage effectively with vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless integration and delivery quality.

- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain up-to-date sprint and project artifacts using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in IT or telecom industry.

- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end project management or business analysis.

- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and oral/written communication skills.

- Experience in telecom domain projects, particularly large-scale systems integration.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and vendors.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

- Working experience with multi-vendor delivery models.

- Understanding of cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
