Business Analyst
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI report creation, along with a strong understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Present data findings and report outputs clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all reporting deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively visualize business data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability, including managing data models and implementing DAX queries.
- Utilize knowledge of Office 365 tools to improve collaboration and reporting processes.
- Understand Active Directory architecture to support data access management, permissions, and security requirements for reporting.
- Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for workflows and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI report development and data analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Business Analytics and requirement gathering.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tenant, licenses, and services.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and its role in managing data access and permissions.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is advantageous
