Attero - Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Specialist (First Mile) - Associate Manager/Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day reverse logistics (C2B) operations for the PAN India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hub Management, Route Planning, Last/First Mile Logistics, and experience handling large-scale C2B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure maximum utilization of vehicles deployed for product collection from consumers.

- Oversee reverse logistics operations to ensure timely product returns within the Turnaround Time (TAT).

- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions for seamless operations.

- Monitor and manage returned inventory for delivery to the recycling plant.

Vendor Management:

- Coordinate with external vendors for efficient handling of returned products, bill verification, and cost optimization.

- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports for overall C2B reverse logistics operations.

Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of first-mile/last-mile logistics and supply chain operations.

- Proven experience in Hub Management and Route Planning in e-commerce, consumer logistics, or online retail businesses.

- Strong data-driven approach to resolving logistics challenges.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptability and flexibility to handle dynamic operational demands.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
