- The Talent Acquisition Lead collaborates closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, establish recruitment goals, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels and functions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent selection decisions.
