Job Title: AVP Delivery (BFSI)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Mgr to join our IT consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting, project management, and team leadership. AVP delivery will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, managing project teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Deliver high-quality consulting services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Project Management: Manage project teams, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress monitoring.

3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting to clients.

6. Methodology and Standards: Develop and maintain methodologies, standards, and best practices for project delivery, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client expectations.

7. Knowledge Management: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contributing to the development of the company's knowledge base and expertise.
