1. JOB PURPOSE

To partner with field sales, supply chain and finance teams and work with the District Sr. HRM to ensure effective execution of people processes across recruitment and onboarding, capability building, employee engagement, performance management and sales incentive management and frontline career management in the district/ region.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
Talent Acquisition: Anchoring the process of front-line recruitment and selection process to ensure manpower fill rate as per approved structure
- Lateral - Conducting the recruitment process for identifying the right fit. Managing the process of sourcing, conducting interviews, Salary fitment & on-boarding.
- Campus Anchoring the Campus recruitment process for Sales Trainees and Logistics Trainees
Career Progression
- Asst Sr. HRM in providing inputs & interventions for developing talent for internal growth.
- Anchor Development Centre (DC) process for identifying resources for promotion.
- Evaluating inputs needed & providing feedback to the resources for development.
Performance Management System:
Responsible for being the custodian of PMS in the District
- Implementation & execution of Lakshya, the frontline incentive system.
- Facilitating the Appraisal cycle - Performance evaluation & Objective setting.
- Conceptualizing, Designing & implementing programs around reward & recognition, anchored on performance.
Competency Development:
Aiding the L&D initiatives & activities from the prism of capability building & performance enhancement
- Conducting Training Programs Assessing need, Assist in Designing, Development & Facilitation of training programs, as per the business requirement across employee segments.
- Induction Providing orientation & induction to the new entrants to the system & monitoring the progress based on the milestones & timelines decided.
OD & Engagement
- Conceptualizing, Designing & implementing the Employee engagement initiatives in the District.
- Maintaining ongoing connect with field teams through various touchpoints to identify employee concerns and ensure redressal of the same
- Anchor the iEngage (annual engagement survey) action planning process for the assigned units
HR Operations
- Employee inflow & outflow - Monitoring, analysing & continuous feedbacking to the stake-holders on the reason & trends for Employee inflow & outflow.
- Statutory Compliances - Responsible for the adherence to all applicable statutes & labour laws. Designing & implementing systems & process to ensure the Up-keep of the same, across units in the District.
- Custodian of the HR policies & procedures Implementation, Communication & query resolution.
- Developing & deploying systems & processes - to streamline & effectively execute the operation.
- HR Cost - Custodian of the HR Cost & Spends for the District. Responsible for the Calculation, Monitoring & Adherence to the HR budget for the District.
External Stakeholder Management:
Liaising with the external stake-holder as a representative of the company interfacing with the parties like:
- Authorities related to Statutory compliances Labour Office, Inspectors etc.
- Vendors & Consultants like Aparajitha & Law firms.
- Academia For developing a rapport & engage with the campuses for superior employer branding aiding the leverage in talent acquisition
HR Projects Anchoring central projects as assigned from time to time.
- Experience - 2 - 6 years
Job Location: Should be open to relocate to Mumbai
