Assistant Manager - Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy:
- Developing and implementing a compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research to ensure that the company's compensation packages are competitive and attractive to both current and potential employees.
Salary Structure:
- Designing and maintaining the organization's salary structure, including salary bands and ranges for different job positions.
Job Evaluation:
- Conducting job evaluations to determine the relative value and complexity of different roles within the company, establishing fair and appropriate salary levels for each position.
Performance Management:
- Integrating compensation and rewards with the performance management system to link employee performance and contributions to their compensation.
- Implementing performance-based bonuses, incentives, and merit-based pay increases.
Benefits Administration:
- Managing the organization's benefits programs, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, holidays and paid time off, and other fringe benefits.
