Position: Asst. Manager/Manager-L&D and Campus Hiring (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Take a Lead in the Learing and Development area within HR

- Analyzing the training needs and zeroing down on the training calendar

- Selection of and coordination with training vendors

- Pre-training preparation like formation of batches, co-ordination for training infrastructure, arranging various items for training, ensuring travel and accommodation of participants

- Ensuring all participants participate in the training

- Administering training feedback

- Collating and analyzing feedback and making improvisations in the upcoming programs

- Providing support in any of the initiatives taken up by the HR team

- Be responsible for Campus Hiring and induction trainings

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- Min. 5-8 yrs of experience in HR, specifically in L&D in an IT Captive/ IT Company

- Effective Communication

- Good Time Management Skills

- Passion & Drive

- Proactiveness

Location: Mumbai
