Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment Finance segment for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic acquisition, channel development, and relationship management with dealers, OEMs, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) finance products.

- Develop and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealerships, and key clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market share.

- Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and operational guidelines.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the segment.

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in sales of CV/CE finance, preferably in banking or NBFCs.

- Strong knowledge of the local market, dealer networks, and OEMs.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
