Analyst - Fund of Funds (FOF) Alternatives

Reporting to: Fund Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Investment:

Complete evaluation of investment proposals including :

a) Evaluation of business model & past financials

b) Evaluation of business prospects, industry, fit with fund investment requirements etc.

- Preparation of projected financials

- Preparation of term sheet & IC memos

- Coordinating due diligence exercise with multiple parties for efficient progress and closure

2. Monitoring and execution:

- Collection and analysis of the MIS monthly and highlighting key inferences, potential red f lags, mitigation measures etc.

- Monitoring of collateral, cashflow escrow, covenants, other periodic disclosure / information requirements as per transaction documents and highlighting any areas of concern.

Others:

- Supporting on various fund level requirements such as fund related communication, compliances, workings etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent analytical skills

- Solution oriented, ability to adapt to dynamic situations and lateral thinking skills.

- Good interpersonal skills

- Adept in MS office

- MBA graduate from well reputed B school / CA
