We are seeking a skilled Ads Operations Analyst with 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, and programmatic platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Display & Video 360 (DV360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and other ad trafficking tools.
You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring performance and accuracy in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute digital ad campaigns across GAM, DV360, and CM360 platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ad products, tags, and campaign delivery issues.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery; optimize based on insights and KPIs.
- Handle trafficking, setup, and QA of display, video, and programmatic ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with account managers, media planners, and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal and external ad policies.
- Analyze data and provide reporting on campaign success, optimization strategies, and audience performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ad operations workflows and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management.
- Proficiency in using Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, and CM360.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad delivery systems, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of display, video, and rich media ad formats and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with ad metrics and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tag issues and resolving delivery discrepancies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international ad accounts or multi-market campaigns.
- Understanding of audience targeting, data management platforms, and ad verification tools.
- Google certification(s) in DV360 or Campaign Manager is a plus
